Most of the businesses I work with sell a service in a particular area: trades, cleaning companies, clinics, salons and professional practices. Their customers do not know the business name yet. They search for the job and the place, and pick from what they find.

It depends on your competition and how much there is to build. As one real example, C&S Cleaning Services, a new site with no history, had over 5,000 search impressions, around 50 clicks, enquiries and one paid job in its first three months.

Yes, after a free audit. I look at the site and tell you plainly whether it can be worked with. If it can, the SEO Retainer is the same £199 a month, as long as I can make changes to the site. If it is holding you back, I will recommend a rebuild instead.

Yes. A standalone Google Business Profile setup or clean-up is £149, one-off. It is also included with every website package.

The first term is 3 months for any SEO work, including on a site I did not build. That is a point to review the work and the numbers together, not a deadline for results. After that it rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice.

Yes, up to 1 hour a month of changes such as text, prices, opening hours, photos and small page tweaks. Beyond that it is £45 an hour, and new pages beyond the monthly one are £195 each.
